Shipping policy
We offer free FedEx Express Saver shipping on all U.S. orders. The time from order to delivery will depend on the item purchased but please expect 10-12 business days for order processing. Engraved and personalized rings may take an additional 2-3 business days.
All orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the shipping confirmation email that you will receive once your order has shipped.

International Shipping — Currently, the only international shipping we offer is to the UK and Canada via International Priority. We are constantly re-evaluating our offered shipping methods, so this may expand in the future. Atlas Mack will cover all duties and VAT fees.
Insurance + Signature Required — For the protection of your item(s) and to ensure your order arrives to you safely, we insure all of our packages. We also require that packages be delivered to a business or home address and require a signature upon delivery.
P.O. boxes — FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box is your only way to receive packages, get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.
Avoid delays — While we strive to deliver your order in a timely fashion, there are some things that are out of our control. Please be mindful of delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, and incorrect addresses. We are unable to intercept a package once it has been shipped so be sure to double check your shipping address!
Weekend deliveries — We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. FedEx does not count Saturday or Sunday as shipping days, so please be aware that the days listed in the table above are business days.

* Listed times are for residential addresses. FedEx Standard Overnight delivers to businesses by 4:30pm. FedEx Priority Overnight delivers to businesses by 10:30 a.m.
